PeriaCoin (0xa2d6b9c9de27e9e01d2a1eeb70af42d156f1f5be) is an ERC20 token on BNB Chain with fixed supply of 100M PERIA. The contract is verified, non-mintable, has no tax and no blacklist/pause. However, the owner EOA (0x8fbe17fce4cb1b065874c2ad0e2f05d9eb6ef366) holds 40% of total supply directly, and controls 60% mining reserve via sendMiningReward/batchReward (onlyOwner). Combined, the owner effectively controls ~100% of the supply. Only 77 holders and not on any DEX. The off-chain mining model requires complete trust in the owner with no on-chain verification of mining activity. No timelock, no multisig.
