waifu.fun is a meme token presale launchpad (LaunchFactory at 0x54f250ea490239e7c3b1672283607213b5fa2459 on BSC) built around an atomic launch architecture using FlapPortal for token creation. Two EOA addresses control all critical financial flows: the LaunchFactory owner (0xc9846a839c4e1d9050dc890a25661ab13224e9ec) controls factory-level parameters, and a separate bundleBot EOA has exclusive authority to execute launches and pull presale BNB from the LaunchVault. Neither address has a timelock, multisig, or governance mechanism. The LaunchVault holds real presale investor BNB until bundleBot triggers launch — if bundleBot delays execution, refuses to launch, or operates maliciously, investor funds could be frozen indefinitely or redirected. Additionally, TreasuryLP.sweep() allows the TreasuryLP owner to drain the 10% treasury token allocation post-launch, and FLAP_PORTAL (the external token creation contract) could not be verified as a known/trusted protocol. No audit report exists.
