SimpleEscrow

SimpleEscrow is a non-custodial escrow service for crypto deals. One side creates the deal, both agree the terms and the buyer funds it. From that moment the money is locked in an open smart contract that nobody can touch, including us. It can only move the way the contract allows: the buyer releases it, the seller refunds it or a dispute settles it. The deal terms are hashed on-chain so neither side can rewrite them later. Refunds never cost a fee. There is no sign-up and no KYC, just connect a wallet. The same contract is deployed at the same address on BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum and Base, and every step of every deal is a public transaction anyone can verify.
