Prime Vaults

Prime Vaults is an on-chain smart saving account that combines principal protection with a guaranteed minimum yield, ensuring every supported asset earns a baseline return equal to or higher than its Aave benchmark. When users deposit, their balance is conceptually split into Principal and Yield. The Principal represents protected capital. It is deployed into curated strategies but safeguarded by protocol-level buffers, including the IL Reserve Fund, which absorbs impermanent loss and strategy volatility, ensuring the user principal remains intact under supported market conditions. The Guaranteed Minimum Yield framework governs the Yield. Instead of relying solely on fluctuating strategy performance, Prime Vaults defines a minimum APY per asset and guarantees users will not earn less than this rate.
