IORCA

IORCA is the utility token of the ORCA platform on BNB Smart Chain. Supply is capped at 200,000,000 across five fixed buckets. Tokens are minted on demand through a bonding curve that opens at $0.01 and reaches $1.00 after $10,000,000 of cumulative deposits, with 100% of every deposit held in the contract reserve. Governance is split between a timelock owner and a multisig operator; neither can move reserve funds anywhere except into the DEX pool that the same transaction locks to 0xdEaD. Contracts are source-verified on BscScan and the full Foundry test suite is public.
