For the main token contract $GamiToken 0x1236a887ef31B4d32E1F0a2b5e4531F52CeC7E75, the privileged role minter may call its privileged method mint() to mint tokens to mintingAddress. Both minter and mintingAddress are EOAs so there is a centralization issue.
